Glòria Martí’s journey began long before the real estate sector. Trained in the world of art, with an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts, and after living in New York during the 1990s, she developed a distinctive way of looking at space, value, architecture and the way people inhabit places.
This background gives her a different approach to guiding buyers. She does not simply show properties; she helps clients read them with perspective and criteria. Understanding a house or an apartment means looking at its location, light, layout, potential, risks, price and also at what is not always visible during a first visit.
After more than ten years working in real estate, including luxury agencies, she saw that many buyers were making decisions with partial information, under pressure and without real representation of their interests. That is why she decided to make a clear shift: to stop selling properties and specialise as a personal shopper inmobiliario, property finder and buyer’s agent, working exclusively for the buyer.
